I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service installation at my neighbor's place. Unfortunately, during the visit, the service installation person accidentally knocked over one of my cherished plants, and to my dismay, they simply left without acknowledging the mishap. While I understand that accidents can happen, the lack of accountability and courtesy displayed is disheartening. Therefore, I kindly request information on the appropriate channel or email address where I can send my feedback and concerns. I hope that by addressing this issue, we can work towards improving your services and preventing such incidents from happening again. Thank you for your understanding.

Received a response from the field service supervisors, and they claimed they didn't cause the damage. I didn't ask for anything in the follow-up email, but I got a very irresponsible response. Very disappointed with the experience. I hope everyone watches carefully what the installer does to the property and don't let them work without your watch.
