Port Forwarding doesn't seem to work with ARRIS router

Hi, I'm trying to allow remote SSH and Plex service access to my home server, and I just can't seem to get it to work using my ATT router which Sonic provided. I've got the proper ports set up with the proper address for forwarding to my internal server under NAT/Gaming, but it just doesn't seem to respond.
Is there something else I need to enable?
