Connectivity issues every morning in Fruitvale, Oakland

Hello,
Since last Friday, I have been having the same issue every morning (between 6.45am and 10am) with my connection dropping. The "Optical" light on my Adtran 622v ONT turns red. Sometimes, if I restart the ONT, the connection would come back for a minute and then drop again. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Or can someone from Sonic help troubleshoot? It is very strange since it happens every morning, and only in the morning...
