I have had Sonic for 2+ years, and only recently discovered that 10G is possible, but no luck so far in getting any information about availability in Palo Alto. Is there a timeline when this super fast service might be available outside SF (and in Palo Alto and Menlo Park)?

After reviewing your address, it does look like its included in one of our current 10g fiber build outs! At this point, we do not have an ETA or timeline for when it will be ready for installation. We will email you as soon construction is completed and we are ready to schedule your installation!
