Outage SF

Haven't had any service in the Castro neighborhood of SF since ~9pm last night (Feb 3rd). Anyone else experiencing issues?
Waiting for a call back from tech help (~11:30, said 31min wait), now it's at ~183 min wait and no call back as of 12:35pm
