Any info on the restore time estimate for fiber broadband services in south Petaluma?

Seems to be an outage in Brentwood as well.

I'm in West Petaluma. It's cut in and out for me a few times this afternoon. It's currently down.

It was work for several hours early afternoon but it’s offline again. The tech that texted me said they didn’t know what caused the original outage this morning and it seems they still haven’t gotten to the bottom of it.

A fix was pushed, folks should be online now. It was an intermittent issue, and would affect various customers for different intervals. Rebooting would in some cases fix it, but the issue could recur. But should be resolved now - if you're still offline, please reboot your Sonic equipment.
