Hello Support Team,

My knott@sonic.net and mikethevoice shell accounts
are receiving the same incoming emails, spam etc.
They seem to be mirroring each other.
How can I separate these two shell accounts
as far as incoming emails are concerned?

Hi Michael,

I assume you mean your domains for 'mikethevoice', as there isn't a mikethevoice@sonic.net right now. There are a number of domains set up on your account with email aliases that point at your knott@sonic.net account. I'll send you an email with more details on which are pointed where and how they can be changed.
