Voice service is down and my Internet is half speed

I'm a longtime Fusion customer. Since early yesterday my land line phone detects "no line" and can't get a dial tone. Internet works, but speed test shows both download and upload speeds at half of normal.
I sent an e-mail to support yesterday and have gotten no response. I called the support line from my cell first thing this morning, said I needed voice support, and waited about 50 minutes before giving up and requesting a callback to my cell. It's now 6:30 pm, and no callback ever came.
Does Sonic not bother to support DSL customers any more?
