outage on 94610

My internet was down on 11:45pm, 1/12/2023. It was down little over one hour and back up about 1:00am, 1/13/2023. I sent a text to (833)836-0300 to report the outage. Until now it's no reply. And no advance notification on outage yesterday. Is this the proper way to report the outage? Is there a advance notification on outage will send to my phone? (I receive one time on maintenance for 4 hours outage). Also is anybody at this area has the same outage? Thank you!

I'm having issues today. desperately searching for answers anywhere I can. We are in 94122. Been on hold for a while and also responded to their twitter account but no replies.

We do our best to give customers advanced notice for maintenance that will cause downtime. Depending on the amount of impacted customers, we will reach out via email and/or SMS, or by posting a Message of the Day (MOTD). MOTD's are posted at https://sonicstatus.com/, and will be updated even outside of support hours. Last nights maintenance ended up lasting longer than anticipated, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Sending an SMS to (833)836-0300 is definitely a good way to report an outage. You will not get a response outside of service hours however it should be picked up the following morning and addressed. I am unsure why your message was not handled this morning, I will look into what happened. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
