I'm getting ready for a10G install and am planning to use the Ubiquity Dream Machine Pro with a Wiitek SFP+ to RJ45 Copper Module to connect to the ONT.

Should I expect the Sonic ONT to live in my utility closet, or is it likely to be outside where the fiber enters the home?
Should I expect the Sonic ONT to be the Adtran SDX 622 or is it something else?

The location for the ONT is determined during the installation, through discussion with our installer and the customer. Not are locations are viable however we do our best to accommodate what the customer wants. In terms of the ONT itself, we use a couple different ONTs, but the Adtran 622v is usually installed.

When I had mine installed I just told the installer where I wanted the drop to terminate on the house and where I wanted the ONT installed inside (and what I thought was the best way to get the line to it) and he pretty much said "cool" and worked with me on that.

I actually ran the line under the house myself since I know the crawlspace better than anyone and just poked it up to him from under the house.
