having trouble for setting up the QNAP QHora-301W router

Hi everyone, please help! I having trouble for setting up the QNAP QHora-301W router.
Yesterday! I changed the 10g-1 port as WAN port and connect the modem to the router with the cat 7 cable, but I can't access the Internet. If I switch the WAN port back to the 1G LAN1 port, it can be used normally, but the 10g speed cannot be reached. Anyone having this problem?
