In Burlingame we have 1GB/sec. Can I upgrade the internet to 10GB? The internet is still slow with 1GB.
We don't have a means of upgrading customers from 1G to 10G just yet. However 1Gbps is still very fast so you should not be experiencing ANY slow speeds over 1Gb. 1Gbps is enough bandwidth to run multiple streams of 4K video and zoom calls at the same time! If you are getting slow speeds just doing simple tasks, something is not working as intended.
