I have gigabit fiber.....whats the URL?

It is indeed possible that some devices only do 2.4 GHz band wifi.

Would there be a sticker on the device with the url to the management interface?

Hi there,

From what I can see you're using our rental Eero 6 router. For the Eeros, all settings are changed via the Eero app. You should have downloaded this upon installation to name your network and create your password.

You can temporarily hide the 5GHz signal in the "Settings" section in the app, that should allow your Lenovo to connect.
