get 2 days for decide to jump on it
finally called. rep said not available only Fusion X2
go back to account tools ipbb is gone.

was a glitch or time to drop sonic as service provider after 11 years?

Hi there,

I'm sorry that there was confusion on what services would be available at your address.

I did some checking on our end with our Provision Manager and it seems to be a current known issue with certain locations due to which AT&T database our system pulls serviceability information from. I checked on AT&T's website directly and it does show that a 25mbps IPBB-C product is available there.

In this case, we would need to manually order the service for you from our end. I would recommend calling in again when you're available and informing the rep that someone at Sonic confirmed it should be available to order manually.
