IPv6 being routed through Amsterdam to get to North Carolina

Facebook peers with Hurricane Electric in the US, but my packets are (currently) going through the connection in Amsterdam in order to get to North Carolina. Does anyone know if Hurricane Electric are currently experiencing an outage?
