Pricing options?

I'm seeing advertising for 10GbE for $29.99/mo now (vs. the $39.99/mo rate I have). Are these the same internet bundles at different pricing tiers?

That would be the “Basic” tier of service, which eliminates all features such as email @sonic.net, VPN access, etc. It also does not include telephone customer service - instead provided via email or text only.

Are people able to switch between "basic"? To be honest, the last time I called support, I had a 10 min wait. (And I don't use the @sonic email, VPN, etc). But I do love the service, so maybe it's not worth changing, but I just want to know if it's possible to change someday...?

Yep, it's possible to change services. Of course, we'd love it if you'll stick with the slightly more expensive product. =)
