VOIP phone not working. Says "Not Registered"

Sonic,
My VOIP phone is not working. When I turn on the phone, it says "Not Registered". Not sure what the problem is. I have reset my router and the problem still exists.
Is there a problem at Sonic with the system? What do I need to do to get my phone working again?
