"Low Income" plan by a different name?

I'm very happy with Comcast's low income internet, but when Sonic came to my door with a fiber offer I jumped for it. The Sonic guy said there's a $30/month credit if I qualify for low income subsidy, but I don't see any info about it anywhere online here just by searching for "low income". He called it something other than "low income", but I can't remember what it was!
I've always wanted to change to Sonic if I can afford it, and I want Dane to keep doing well in our community. I've looked up to him since he started.
What is the name of this low income program, so I can put together the right paperwork to qualify?
