Calls to 511 fail

For the last few days, calls I make to 511 (Bay Area transportation info) often fail. After dialing 511, there's a few seconds of silence followed by resumption of dial tone. This is with Fusion X1 POTS service.

Call 611 and ask them about it.

This was due to a bug in freeswitch and we found it was effecting multiple *11 services. The bug has since been patched and all *11 services (including 511) should no longer exhibit this behavior. Thank you for reporting this issue, and thanks for choosing Sonic!
