Anyone else having trouble with phone call MFA from ID.me?

I'm trying to use the "send a phone call" multifactor authentication by ID.me to my sonic landline. The phone call never arrives. My friend with sonic is having the same problem. Since ID.me is not willing to tell a user what the origin phone number is of the MFA, sonic support can't open a ticket. Is anyone else having this issue? Perhaps if there are a bunch of us, the engineering groups of Sonic and ID.me can talk to each other and work it out.
