Business level service for condo, with existing distribution to each owner?

I'm working with a Condo HOA that has or plans for cat5e wires to each individual owner's unit, and a central hub for Internet service. It's a four (soon to be 5 with an ADU) owner building.

Would Sonic service this building as a business account, and under what terms?

The HOA would then be responsible for everything past a single ONT servicing the entire building. Of course, with WiFi calling and cellular backup for security systems, there no need of course for a:

Yes, we do have buildings where this is done. But it's not likely to make sense in a smaller premise because the pricing for Gigabit commercial service which allows resale this way is costly, budget $1500-$2000/mo for example. It begins to make sense when you take something between 2Gbps and 10Gbps and share it between 100-300. But at smaller scale it's generally better to just let the tenants take a retail best-effort service direct from the ISP.

Part of the issue here is sharing the service, part of the issue is wiring.

A middle option would be a central hub for ISP's with power and incoming cable access,
then a patch panel with cat6e & coax cable to each unit.

The ISP would install in the hub. The individual tenant or condo owner would set up their own hub or access point at the far end of the cat6. For good measure, PoE could even be involved. The tenant would still have free choice of ISPs, the building would not need to deal with each ISP wiring each unit.

Often buildings have wiring which can be shared by any ISP. That’s more rare with fiber, but I’ve seen it. We also see some buildings with a couple Smurf tube conduits or even microducts for air blown fiber to each unit.
