Device return

Hi,
The internet experience with Sonic was great but unfortunately, I need to move out of the city, and I am canceling Sonic.

Do you have any idea if I need to return the equipment? I was not able to figure it out by reading the document.

No, the optical terminal should be left attached to the wall and plugged in for the next tenant or owner.

Any rented equipment such as WiFi routers would be returned, and you’ll receive an email with a UPS tag for those.
