Regardless of whether I enter nameservers or choose the select default sonic nameservers, the result is,

Authentication Error.

I successfully migrated a domain 10 days ago with this tool. Now I'm in a position where I need to point to sonic's nameservers for another domain that had issues at the new hosting org. And, I can't even do that. And tech support claims they don't support this anymore. I'm paying for the service so why isn't it supported?

Hi, I currently see 2 domains that you have registered through Sonic. The tool allowed me (in a support role) to modify the nameservers (chose 'Use Sonic.net's default name servers') without giving an error. Can you let me know which domain is giving you trouble? Feel free to send me a Private Message if that's more convenient for you.
