Please increase your mid-dial time out. When I dial a number, every now and then I have been getting a quick message "Fox Trot 6 12" and then just a dial tone. The message always comes on after I have completed dialing the number. Courtney says it is because I have paused more than 4 seconds at some point during the dialing. I have never had a problem like that when I had AT&T. I am suggesting that you increase the time out to at least 10 seconds to give enough time to recheck the number when dialing out of our area code. Thank you so much in advance.
