I apologize that my reply is a bit too late and you got this taken care of with our support team already.
Often times when the alarm light comes on, it unfortunately does require a physical dispatch to assess the lines and equipment. However, there are times in my experience where power cycling and/or factory resetting the router has fixed the problem, so it's always worth trying like you did here.
