Please, please, please, find a way I can pay my bill annually, or at least quarterly.

It was (and still is) inconvenient that I had to get a Visa card in order to continue doing business with you after so many years, but it seems like a company which can figure out fiber optics could figure out an annual or quarterly billing option.

Thanks. -Carren

That would not make much sense. generally, no internet service does this. People don't want to prepay for service that may or may not have at the end of a year or quarter. Monthly payments are the ISP standard and hopefully, it stays this way.

Like many internet services, we do billing monthly, prepaid for the upcoming month. Unlike most ISPs, there are no long-term commitments, all residential services are simply month-to-month.

We don’t accept payment beyond the current month’s service because there are near-constant changes to the taxes and fees from federal, state and local sources. We also are focused on keeping costs as low as possible for all members, so a single billing configuration helps with that too.

You can pay for Sonic services using ACH debit from a checking or savings account, or with a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. You can adjust your payment method at https://members.Sonic.net/

Note also that we support the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program, which provides a $30 monthly bill credit for qualified households. Members can learn more and enroll at http://sonic.com/acp

Just asking for a payment option. I had to move far, far away for work, so I don't have Sonic as an ISP any more, alas. All I have is my email address and my admiration and hope that one day Sonic will come to my new neighborhood. Thanks.

You can update payment information via the website, at: https://members.sonic.net/account/billing/

We will continue to expand our fiber-optic network and hope we can connect you in the future.
