phone service doesn't go beyond the box

I just began Sonic 5G and when my comcast number was ported over,I can only get a telephone line on the phone that is directly plugged into the sonic box and not through the rest of my house

If you connect the output of the Sonic voice port to the household wiring, it should bridge to all of the other jacks in the home. This will only work if Comcast is disconnected from the wiring - check at the box outside where all of your household wiring comes, generally this'll be the AT&T box.

I have disconnected from Comcast and I can get telephone service on my cordless phones that are plugged into the sonic box but when I connect a telephone line from the sonic box to the jack, I still am not getting wired service.
