SMART/RG SR515ac not reporting DHCP leases now?

My router used to display all the DHCP leases correctly under the Device Info > DHCP tab.
Now I find that it shows a long list of devices and all are listed as "Expired".
In addition, the devices that are actively in use on the network do not show up in the list at all. (Woke up a sleeping notebook one time and saw it displayed for a moment before disappearing,)
DHCP seems to be working fine. All the devices on the network are getting the correct addresses. I use static IP leasing for many network devices, but the problem seems to occur with both static and dynamic leasing.
I see someone else commented that the router software was updated a couple months ago.. I wonder if this update borked the status list.
Anyone else seeing this problem or is my router broken?
