fiber rollout in Montclair

I've been seeing Sonic trucks around the Montclair area in the east bay last few months. Does this mean I no longer need to go through ATT's fiber network and Sonic will be providing a direct connection soon?

We are activating a lot of new network in that area, including Lakeshore, Crocker Highlands, Glenview and Oakmore neighborhoods. But I don't see much yet in Montclair, with the exception of connecting two public schools there. So, not yet!
