Area Service Outage, ETA?

Our AT&t fed Sonic dsl went down last night, as did our neighbors dsl, Verizon mobile, and TMobile service in Live Oak and gridley, all at the same time. Is there any word on what happened or expected repair time? We're going on about 19 hours now.

Well, nevermind apparently. Our Dsl is back up now, but cell service is still out.
EDIT:
Well nevermind the nevermind, apparently. Mine is back up, the Sonic/ATT house across the street(a relative) is still down. Things are weird today.
