Fiber in the Russian River/Rio Nido area?

I’m wondering what we need to do to get the Lower Russian River community of Rio Nido fiber? We would gladly work together to figure this out. PG & E recently replaced all our electrical poles as part of their fire mitigation /hardening process. We would much rather support local than be stuck with Comcast—our only choice.
