Outage in Berkeley Friday Sep 10 @ ~ noon

I'm posting here because the Sonic status page says todays outage was in Albany and is resolved, but I'm in Berkeley and my service is still out. Voice works, for some reason, but the support hold times are long enough that I imagine the outage is not just me.
Can we expect a new status or ETR?

Tech called me told me to reboot my onhub. That got it back online. Consistent with intermittent outage. Got off the phone, unplugged the router again to move it back to where it goes, now it's not getting an IP again.

Sorry about that. Our engineers are looking into this and expect to have it resolved by 5pm.
