There was an outage in the area last night but your your phone and internet service should be restored now. Try rebooting your router and ONT if you're still having issues with connectivity.

Yes, Internet came back overnight (and we got a landline phone call at 8:02AM, as soon as morning shift Support came back -- thanks all).

Is there a status report somewhere I can check by cell phone, when service is interrupted? Maybe a newsgroup hosted somewhere other than Sonic?

It's annoying to realize the system went down minutes after the evening Support shift clocked out at 10AM.

An outage status map like PG'n'E provides would be handy, at least as long as the cell phone system is working.

Meanwhile I dusted off my ham radioand realized how disconnected one can feel when telecom goes away.

An outage map is a great suggestion that we may look into going forward. For now, we will try to be better at sending out updates after support hours.

I've captured that info and filed it along with the two published Support phone numbers.

I am also in 94706 and experienced that outage at 10pm Wednesday. Then another one today just ended after about 15 minutes.

Service is completely down at noon today in 94706. Maybe due to PGE power outage in Richmond?

We're back up. No problem.

And now we are down again.

Down at noon today then back for 10 minutes. Now down again. Reboot seems to sync with fiber but no internet or phone.
