IP and MAC device addresses do not appear in IP Allocation list

We have a PACE 5268AC BGW210-700. One device is not listed in the IP Allocation list (under Home Network). I can ping the device and it shows up on traceroute. Neither the IP address nor the MAC address appears in the list.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Norma

Just a networking newbie here, but get the free program Wireless Network Watcher from the Nirsoft website. It scans your local network and lists all devices. If it finds the "missing" one, that might tell you something about the router and its webpage.

Also, is the IP address of the "missing" device identical to the other devices in the first three numbers in the address? If not, the device might be connected to a second local network, such as a guest network.

Devces with static IPs won't show up. Compare the IP in question with your DHCP pool.
