We currently have Sonic gigabit Internet at our home located on the 1300 block on 14th Avenue in San Francisco, California. We're planning on moving to the 1200 block on 27th Avenue in San Francisco in about a month and would like to keep Sonic as our Internet provider. However, when I looked up our new address on Sonic.com it only shows 75 mbps as the fastest speed available. Can someone check to make sure this accurate? I really really don't want to go back to Comcast. It looks like the first house on the block can get gigabit access (i.e., 1293 27th Avenue). However, the rest of the block only shows 75 mbps and I can't figure out why.

It seems that your address offers IPBB-C which is Up to 75Mbps, It does not look like Sonic Fiber is in your area just yet.

That segment of 27th avenue has its utilities undergrounded, doesn't it? If that's the case, that's why - Sonic hasn't yet been able to deploy fiber to areas w/ underground utilities.

I'm actually not sure the lines are buried. It looks like the lines come in from Irving and are daisy chained behind the homes.
