I have been a member of Sonic since nearly the beginning and the cost has risen during the years. I now am told I am required to keep my landline phone on my line (thought I would be able to take it off) when I retired and didn't need it anymore.
I am very pleased with the customer service at Sonic. Some of the best out there of any customer service.
I retired at the end of last month and had thought I could take the $30 phone charges off. I was budgeting for that. My internet service and phone (required to do) is over $70 a month. I am told the only thing to do is buy equipment to save $10 a month, but if I require services with my own equipment, might lose them.
Is the above accurate information?
I am wondering if you ever considered a senior discount or a discount based on amount of income. I am sure there are others in a similar situation.
Thank you.
