I have been having issues connect to the site mangadex which has recently been blocked by Verizon. I was wondering if Sonic went through the same route of deeming it malicious and blocking it for its users since the site went down the same time Verizon blocked it a couple of weeks ago.

No issue here accessing mangadex.org over Sonic. That domain doesn't appear to be blacklisted either.

Perhaps its being blocked locally by software, content filter, etc.?

It appears my Asus router's AiProtection has blocked it. Your response helped me figure it out by searching it up again though thank you
