Send-A-Fax was working for me in early August, but not today. Any suggestions?

Can you please be more specific? Some changes were made yesterday to the outbound routing of faxes.

I'm having a similar problem. I've been trying to send 2 faxes (w/pdf attachments) to two different fax numbers all morning and both fax keeps failing. I've phoned the fax numbers and the lines are functional

Using Send-A-Fax, my outgoing faxes fail after five attempts.

The same thing is happening to me, failing after 5 attempts. I've contacted Sonic support and was told that the feature is not supported but the support person sent a fax with a txt attachment using my account to Sonic and it was successful. I've tried sending the fax 5 times today to both fax numbers and can't imagine the fax lines being busy like that for two different fax number.

Please help.

My understanding is the phone number issued to us by Sonic and incoming faxes have nothing to do with outgoing faxes. I was using Sonic Lab's Send-A-Fax long before I ever set up a Sonic phone number for incoming faxes.

Same here. I tried three times and got the following message 3 times:

Faxing of referrals091313.pdf to 14157504477 failed after 5 attempts.

I was able to FAX the same PDF from my Android phone - but at a cost.

As it turns out there was a problem with the new routing that prevented faxes from being correctly delivered outside of the 707 area code (we tested to several on and off-net fax machines in our offices.) There should be a MOTD out shortly.

Send-A-Fax is working this morning.
