This is nothing new, just trying to express my appreciation to service that i received from Sonic customer support.
I had internet outage last week, and called support number. And the support engineer got straight to the issue, acknowledged problem with the line, and got it fixed at then end.
No BS of 30 minutes waiting time or wasting time on being asked "what you are running,reboot system, checking here and there ...." as the we usually got from A$and$.
As a person who work on customer service myself, i have to say no one could match customer support that Sonic provides. They have all, honesty, integrity and outstanding service.
