Fax line not working

My fax line has suddenly stopped working sometime in the past several days. I've had 2 customers inform me as such. I've just sent myself a text fax from/to the fax number in question. It failed after 5 attempts.
Separately, I dialed the fax number from my office phone. A standard verizon wireless message came on and suggested the number had "been disconnected, changed, or is no longer in service".
This is quite perplexing.

Just to confirm, you did not port your faxline number to Verizon Wireless? If not, you should contact support so we can start and investigation into how your number was ported away from us and hopefully recover it.
