Request for Fiber to unit: northern Burlingame

We are moving to 1800 Trousdale Dr, Burlingame CA 94010. The availability checker says the building has gigabit fiber available, but the unit we are moving into this month (#403) does not appear to have it. Can we request a fiber line be extended to this unit?
