slow speeds in Boyes Hot Springs: need fiber!

Hi all:
Our upload speeds have remained easily clogged, and even without the speed is not great for either up/down here. Even now with two of us working from home on Zoom it is sometimes very slow. One of the techs suggested I put this in the chat and ask about plans to bring fiber to our area in Sonoma County. Soon I hope?
