I find that the app crashes (starts up then drops out after a few seconds... repeatedly)... 'noticed' this in the past 2 days. I have deleted and reloaded the Sonic Mobile App twice and did a POR of the mobile device... all without any change. Contacted Suport who referred me to the Forum/Lab area for review and posting. Support also Indicated that the app is in Beta testing so.... ? Help please!

First of all, I am very sorry this is happening and will be investigating this immediately, but I have a couple of questions:
Does this happen when you tap to load a message?
Is the message loaded (and presending the PLAY > indicator to the left of the phone number) and then crash when you tap that indicator?
Is this on iOS6?
Is this an iPhone or iPod/iPad?
Thanks for any information you can give me. It will help me troubleshoot the process.
