Many of Sonic's troubleshooting guides tell us to troubleshoot our router by logging into https://gateway.sonic.net/ . However, that URL has never worked for me. Does this work for other people, or is the documentation wrong? If it should work, why is it still broken?
Here's one such page:

The trouble is, the gateway doesn't respond on https://gateway.sonic.net/ (https):
Also, when I try to visit http://gateway.sonic.net/ (http), the server redirects me to a broken page at https://smartrg.sonic.net/prime-home/co ... 45:ABCDEFG as shown in this screenshot:
