Just Want to say Hi

I just joined Sonic.net!!!!! and am sooooooooo happy I finally did it.
This message is really more of a shout out to Chris - the best CS I have EVER had in more than 40 years. He's smart and funny and a good person. Thank you Sonic for having him at the other end of the wire; he makes a huge difference during and after the call. For me, having my username and pw active in less than 5 minutes after hanging up is unheard of, especially since my service will not start until after the first of the month.
And Dale, If you happen to see this thread (per Chris's recommendation)- please consider implementing fiber in the Eastbay in my area!
1. Neighborhoods transitioning from oldsters to under 40 - a lot of discretionary income
2. Huge condo building projects and commercial conversions within 3 blocks of my address, Pixar less than a 1/4 mile from my address, Children's Hospital 2 blocks away.
2.1 Emeryville - small city, young 20-30 somethings, digitally plugged in and not to happy with "traditional"
services, per my Neighborhood Watch Group.
3. Nearest CO less than a mile away (converted for U-verse a little over a year ago)
4. Area is where Berkeley, Emeryville and Oakland converge.
If it is not on your radar, could you pleeeeaaaassse just consider it for a near future implementation of fiber?
Thanks again for being there.
