Teaming /load balancing router suggestions?

With only ADSL available in our location, for greater upload speeds and better quality VOIP we'll have to team two Sonic Elite ADSL pipes.
Any suggestions from other Sonic users for currently available teaming- or load-balancing- routers?

Cost is a moderate factor, since it's a small company. Used gear will be considered. We're looking for stability, higher aggregate speed, and transparent operation for our network users. True failover with automatic reteam (as opposed to "fallover", the usual behavior) is desirable.

I'm not asking about "bonding", because that's not available for ADSL1.
