Hi, I only need to upload and download files to sonic. I am using FileZilla to connect (what do you recommend). I could not find your helpful tips on ftp. what server should I use and what port. My username is star.

The server address is ftp.sonic.net, the port is just the default - port 21. You log in with your sonic username / password. Our knowledgebase has a pretty comprehensive guide on how to get started - https://help.sonic.com/hc/en-us/article ... _sonic.net

What ftp program do you recommend?
maybe progress? It says server certificate is unknown? Could that be right?
