We do not currently mark up our international costs at all, we simply pass on the rates we can acquire at in the marketplace. As we grow, I expect we'll be able to achieve better and better rates - but meanwhile, do consider using alternatives to higher-cost destinations. Skype, prepaid calling cards, etc.
