Take over att fiber connection in Oakland?

Hello,

My friend lives in Oakland. He has the att uverse service. He has a fiber connection to his house. He doesn't like the service. I suggested he contact Sonic to switch over to Fusion. Is it possible for Sonic to take over the fiber connection from att or would he have to get fusion over copper?

Your friend would have to get Sonic Fusion over copper. AT&T is not required, thus does not, provide wholesale access to their hybrid fiber/copper network.
