I work for an IT company, and we sign all of our customers we can up for Sonic. As an IT company, we want to have administrative access to all of the accounts we create for our customers. I've always detailed this in the comments section of the order when I order online, and it's always been a problem where we're never added as admins without calling up and some slight hair-pulling. I was just told that the only way to add ourselves on account creation is to place the order over the phone.
Is this something that could get added to the online order form? I'd rather not have to waste my (and your support reps!) time with something I could easily do myself.
